Octavio Gonzalez’s art gallery, Galeria Octavio, is located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which is also where he resides. He was greatly influenced by his time spent in Moscow, Warsaw, Vienna, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Amsterdam, and Belgium. Finally, he spent some time in San Francisco, California, where his interest in marine sculpture originated. Cara Williamson has studied in Rome, lived in Greece for 18 years and now resides in La Porte. Cara currently teaches drawing at the University of Houston at Clear Lake where she showcases her mixed media artwork. Victoria Lewelling started painting as a hobby which turned into a profession after taking classes in oil painting. Each piece is an exploration of diversity through expressions of different styles, vibrant colors, and movement of form. Victoria has had over 51 shows in Houston and vicinity. Suzanne M. Phillips, a native Texan, lives in Houston where her recent focus has been on watercolor and acrylic painting. She has been recognized for her use of intense color, experimental papers and her works have been displayed in galleries and art competitions. |
